雅诗阁中国管理培训生（MA）项目简介：
雅诗阁中国管理培训生计划开始于2010年，此项计划旨在全国范围内挑选、培训和发展具有潜质，充满热情的高校毕业生，通过系统化的岗位轮换以及循序渐进的培训体系，全面提高培训生们的业务知识及专业技能。
管理培训生计划为毕业生提供多个不同的职业领域以供选择， 如运营管理,项目管理，产品和技术服务，企业规划，投资发展，资产管理,财务，人力资源，市场与企业传播,销售等。
雅诗阁中国将根据不同的职业领域以及毕业生的专业背景提供系统化的培训。在为期18个月的管理培训生项目过程中, 毕业生在有岗位轮换机会的同时还会有相应的岗位主管给予工作指导，并就不同的工作目标，流程等进行相应辅导；此外，在整个计划期间，将有一位高级经理会自始至终以导师的身份提供职业发展建议。在项目的最后阶段，管理培训生还将有国外培训与工作的机会，相信这一切都将为你未来的发展奠定坚实基础。 Ascott China Management Associate（MA） Program:

Ascott China Management Associate Program, which started in 2010, aims to identify and develop talented, passionate and enthusiastic graduates across Greater China. In this specially tailored program, graduates go through systematic and guided work assignments and develop through on-job rotations in related areas and a variety of off-job training.
MA program offers graduates a diversity of career paths to pursue, including Operation Management, Corporate Planning, Project Management, Product & Technical Service, Business Development, Asset Management, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Corporate communications and etc.
It is an 18-month program that consists of foundation stage, qualification stage (job rotation), coaching and assignment stage and an overseas stage. We provide structured development |
opportunities to build a foundation for future growth through business knowledge, diverse learning experiences, interactions with different colleagues and customers, and by enhancing professional skills. Through rotational assignments, Management Associates will gain a well-rounded knowledge of Ascott business environment and acquire the necessary skills in the area of future career development.
